Coastal Oak has two divisions:

Directorship Services - Coastal Oak provides board directors and other senior team members to emerging technology businesses, private equity groups, and large multi-national groups. Our business has a deep well of experienced industry professionals with heavy-weight backgrounds in hi-tech, media, engineering, general market and business development, as well as turnarounds both large and small.

Coastal Oak can also provide company funding in addition to experienced management.

Property - Coastal Oak is a well-financed, diversified real estate investment partnership with holdings in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Internationally, the partnership has properties in England, and has previously been involved in projects in Ireland, Germany, Spain and Turkey.

Currently, our business owns, manages and leases a number of single family, multi-family, commercial and agricultural properties. Coastal Oak and its affiliated companies also have several major new development and urban redevelopment projects underway.
